                MY SWOT ANALYSIS ON MMM

MMM like a wide fire is spreading through virtually the whole world….and my guess (actually believe) is that it can’t be stopped. People all over the world campaign have been campaigning for change. And MMM brought that change in the right order, it created a world where I can trust someone I have never seen, a world where I can offer to help someone I have no connection with. A world where I too can be trusted, and helped without sentiment of where I am from or who I am.

I have analyzed MMM in the following terms:

1.       Its Strength

2.       Weakness

3.       Opportunity  (ies) and

4.       Threats  



1. STRENGTH Of MMM Global

 MMM means Mutual Mavrodi Movement and is founded by Sergey Mavrodi.

Below are my analyses of its strengths:
i. MMM is an international community.
ii. MMM is not a bank or an investment firm.
iii. MMM runs a mutual aid community program.
iv. MMM does not keep the deposits of all participants and thus does not run a central account.
v. Participants in MMM are not compelled to give money to anyone, they must do sending and receiving of money willingly and directly on their own.
For this above reason, MMM will never be a scam.


2. WEAKNESS OF MMM

MMM is open for all. Even to its haters. And this makes it an easy target to capture. I think registrations success should be insisted upon to be from a referral who must be a participant of MMM. And not an automatic assignment of a referral incases where registrant has no referral. Also MMM does not have a way of identifying real email addresses, invalid mails are accepted, making it easy for fake accounts to be created, I think this can be mitigated by participants completing their registration from their mail. Else this will in time result in a down turn as more money will go out than coming in. Panic will be the fall of Mmm. I believe if a system isn't broke don't fix it. With the current upgrade in mmm, long waits before been matched, moratorium spells. Soon people will panic.

3. Opportunities Of MMM.

For most countries MMM is now the new youth Empowerment program. With Vast opportunities for all.
You can earn 30% per month from your donations.
You can earn 5% or 3% depending on the category of your DL if you are a guider.

You can earn 10% of  each of the contribution of the new participant  who is invited by you.
There are many opportunities of MMM  one cannot exhaust

4. THREATS

Many fake account will be created by anonymous person because of its free registration, and this will create an avenue to crumble.

Further threat is the referral bonus which undergoes mathematical calculation on the 2^nd time a participant donates. Because of this most persons create new accounts for participants in order to still receive bonus of 10%.
